⚙️ Instruction (applies to every message)

Global rules used when a message is delivered in another language. e.g. keep location, area and property names in English.

🔔 Notify number (WhatsApp)

The "notifies you" messages in Step 2 are sent to this WhatsApp number. Leave empty to turn co-broke notifications off.

Step 0 · A customer starts asking about a listing

➡️ To you — you are the advertising agent (the user running this system), not the listing owner. The customer messaged your AI number because they saw your ad. Goes to your own phone in Admin › Users. Sent as written.

Placeholders: {listing} {source} {customer} — {source} says where the listing came from (your own listing / another PTL-PROP agent / Media Group / SubSale).

Fires once per listing per customer — a workflow only moves forward. A different listing fires Step 0 again. The listing’s owner is contacted in Step 1, not here.

Step 1 · Customer asks to view → send 2 messages

Skipped entirely when the listing owner's phone is your own — it's your listing, no point asking yourself. Step 0 already told you.

📱 WhatsApp Auto-Reply

Connect your own WhatsApp number — when a customer messages you, the AI auto-replies using subsale listings

🔔 Viewing-appointment alerts

When a customer wants to arrange a viewing, the AI asks for their preferred time (it never guesses your availability) and sends a WhatsApp notice to this number so you can confirm. Leave empty to turn off.
